For the food and pharmaceutical industries, we provide corresponding certificates and module solutions with minimal dead space volume as required. Our solution proposals are tailored to technological efficiency and cost-effectiveness according to the various industrial and technical tasks. Inopor® membranes are backwash and CIP-compatible.

Ceramic filtration discs are a special design solution for dynamic cross-flow filtration, where their rotation generates a tangential overflow, which can reduce pumping effort and lower energy costs. The advantages of this technology are particularly evident in specific applications and objectives, such as high viscosity of the medium to be filtered and/or the objective of high concentration. An efficient cleaning of the membranes (backflushing and plant-integrated CIP) is enabled as needed.

Our inopor® multi-channel plates enable efficient filtration in special housing solutions. This enables long operating lifetimes in comparison to most polymer membrane solutions and provides energy savings compared to other ceramic membrane filtration methods.
