The inopor® Application Technology Centre is located at our Rauschert Kloster Veilsdorf production site.
Here, we test our membranes for various applications – both for internal development purposes and customer-specific requests. A wide range of pilot plants are available for this purpose.
No matter, which type of ceramic membrane suits your application – whether cross-flow filters, rotation discs, or multi-channel plates – our Application Technology Centre offers you all the possibilities to find the ideal solution.
From Membrane Screening to Pilot Scale Testing
Initial trials using tubular geometries are typically carried out with single-channel membranes at laboratory scale. This approach requires only small sample volumes and minimal membrane material, allowing test costs to remain low. For these trials, we use our InoMini pilot units, suitable for both aqueous and solvent-based applications.
Several international universities also use this filtration unit for research purposes, and we are happy to connect you with a reference in your region.
For in-house trials, an InoMini system can also be purchased or rented directly from inopor®.
Our inopor® Application Technology Centre enables testing with industrial-scale multichannel geometries, as well as with rotation discs and multichannel plates. Rental units are also available for on-site operation at your facilities. The experienced inopor® team offers training sessions on membrane assembly and plant operation. These can be conducted either at our Application Technology Center or directly at your premises.
